CarePath project’s first newsletter now available!
We have just released the first project newsletter for CarePath project: Empowering public authorities and professionals towards trauma-informed leaving care support online!
The project "CarePath: Empowering public authorities and professionals towards trauma-informed leaving care support" is co-financed by the European Union’s Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programme (REC 2014-2020). It aims to develop develop an integrated approach for the protection of children ageing out of care in EU, empowering professionals and public authorities towards trauma-informed approaches.
The CarePath library includes all the project's publicly available deliverables and results/outcomes.
The Carepath online platform will accommodate the training programme (MOOC) for professionals working with traumatised children in care
CarePath service provision mechanism will be a web-based system aiming to bring together relevant stakeholders and professionals working with children leaving care (e.g. public authorities, NGOs, social services, child protection agencies and psychotherapists, healthcare), and to make available processes to cover a range of multi-dimensional interventions based on trauma screening and assessment.

We are pleased to announce that the CarePath project’s closing conference will take place in Brussels at Académie Royale, Salle Chistrian de Duve, Rue Ducale 1, Brussels on April 30 2020.
Core to the CarePath project is our upcoming free online training course on trauma-informed care. The online course is addressed to anyone are interested in deepening their knowledge on trauma-informed practices and interventions for children in care who suffered traumatic events.
